If you’re a mom navigating the emotional challenges of postpartum within the first year of welcoming your baby—whether through birth or adoption—this group is for you. Join a supportive space where you can connect with other moms who understand, gain valuable coping strategies, and receive guidance on managing postpartum anxiety. You are not alone in this journey, and together, we’ll work toward healing, balance, and emotional well-being.
The spring group series includes six sessions, and since it’s a closed group, you’ll register for the full series up front. My hope is that you’ll commit to all six sessions so you can build connections, feel supported, and get the most out of our time together!
